Checks before treatment
The fabric, filling and fixings must tolerate wet spray extraction. Unknown or unsuitable materials require assessment or refusal.
Heavy and old stains may remain. We do not guarantee removal of every stain, bacterium or allergen, or complete disinfection.
Drying depends on the fabric, filling, temperature, humidity and ventilation. We cannot guarantee an exact drying time.
We follow instructions compatible with the actual equipment and products. Chemicals are not mixed arbitrarily.
FAQ
Is this steam cleaning or dry cleaning?
It is wet spray extraction: solution enters the fabric and is extracted with the dirt. It is separate from the steam service, apartment deep cleaning and garment dry cleaning.
Can you guarantee that a stain will disappear?
No. Results depend on the stain’s origin and age, the fabric and previous treatments. We agree realistic expectations before working.
Can you bring the extractor to a deep cleaning?
Yes, after checking the fabric, scope and duration. Local treatment or whole-item cleaning is priced alongside the home cleaning; equipment delivery is included.
When can I use the sofa again?
Once it is fully dry. Ventilate the room and avoid using damp furniture. Timing depends on conditions, without a guarantee of a specific number of hours.
What should I send for an estimate?
Photos of the whole item and stains, its material or care label, approximate dimensions, number of seating places and whether you also need home cleaning.
We will calculate the upholstery cleaning price after discussing the details.
