Short-term rentals depend on a predictable, tidy result before the next guest arrives. We work to an agreed scope so the key areas receive consistent attention on every visit.
You can add prepared linen change, balcony, appliance interiors and other specific work. Laundry and consumable restocking are not part of the base estimate and require separate agreement.

Tasks beyond the standard clean: appliance interiors, windows or the balcony. Laundry and supply delivery are not part of the base service.
